The room had a nice balcony for sitting outside. Centrally located in the business district. Good shopping options nearby. Money exchange available at reception. Enjoyed the pool and sauna in the basement. Convenient for starting a cruise.

I recently stayed at a cozy boutique hotel in an amazing location. The hotel is right by the ocean and close to the Recoleta area. It is within walking distance of excellent restaurants, which was very convenient. The room was well-sized and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff provided exceptional service, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I had a great experience.
There was one negative aspect during my stay. The water feature in the courtyard was not functional, which would have added to the beauty and ambiance of the space.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were cute and helpful. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the balcony was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and there are plenty of good dining options nearby.

the staff were friendly and attentive, fulfilling all of our luxurious needs. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were impressed with the Spa & wellness centre, which included a Turkish bath and heated indoor swimming pool. the restaurant offered an excellent buffet breakfast and the private facilities were exceptional. the location was perfect for exploring the city.
this did not affect our experience at this hotel.

It was a lovely spot to relax in the mornings and evenings. The hotel's location in the business district was convenient, with a great mall just 100 meters away. There were also plenty of dining options nearby. We appreciated the money exchange service at the reception and enjoyed the unusual yet enjoyable pool and sauna in the basement. the hotel's proximity to the Sofitel made our transition for our cruise to Antartica smooth and affordable. The cab ride from the airport was reasonable, and the hotel's location near a domestic airport allowed for a convenient day trip to Iguazu Falls. the hotel provided excellent value for money.
The water feature and lighting in the courtyard were not functional , which was a shame as it would have added to the ambiance of the space. there seemed to be some confusion regarding the charges for breakfast.
